Investment in rural Infrastructure Development should be considered sharp focus that improving rural infrastructure is the key in escaping poverty and increasing agricultural productivity.

Every one percent increase in agriculture productivity reduces poverty by 0.72% in Africa and 0.48% in Asia and so takes a  large portion of rural poor out of poverty cycle, then through any other means . Of the rural infrastructure,  investment  in (small) road especially low quality roads is favored most because of its multiplying effect every one dollar spend on roads bring US# 2 that is published in world Bank Bulletin .

Corporate Co-operative participatory infrastructure mechanism   build-up

Corporate co-operative participatory infrastructure visa-a-vis land  tenure    system; because law of the land, fragmentation, sub-division of  the land in our country is being  smaller in size which is an everlasting process . Thus, it becomes non-economic size in arable land.
Therefore, in order to increase the productivity and to reduce overhead cost of production, it should be considered that all cultivable land could bring under co-operative system so that it may help poverty reduction in rural areas. Government should develop corporate co-operative participatory infrastructure mechanism build up to make an unprecedented  growth in the country .It would be a great boost-up to the agricultural productivity in the country.
